BECOMING A MEMBER

As we move into this new decade, Launceston Alive is keen to attract and retain broad representation in its membership, across the churches, organisations, associations and businesses of our region, in order to be cohesive and to be representational of the communities Launceston Alive exists for and serves.  Membership of Launceston Alive is by nomination and invitation. If you have been invited to become a Launceston Alive member, we warmly welcome you.  Just follow the prompts below.   If you are interested in becoming a member but have not yet been invited, please email us using the contact page above & below this page. 

Membership conveys full voting rights (including modifications to constitution) and entitles each member to be elected to a position on a subcommittee or the Launceston Alive steering committee.

Becoming a member has a once off joining fee of $50 and an annual membership fee of $50 payable on joining, then renewable in the month prior to the August AGM.

There isn’t a pro-rata reduced membership fee if joining halfway through the year, meaning all new members will pay $100 on joining and $50 annually in June/July. If members join in April or later, the first annual fee covers (more than 12 months) until the following August
